The Faculty of Sciences at the University of Boumerdes had an existing web presence that struggled with information overload, poor visual hierarchy, and no mobile experience. The redesign brief came directly from faculty staff — improve structure, surface the right content faster, and make the portal usable on any device for students and staff alike.
Scope of work :
Full homepage redesign — hero and navigation restructure, academic calendar and schedule access, news and announcements feed, department directory, faculty map, and footer — delivered in both Arabic and French versions with full mobile responsiveness.
Result :
A significantly cleaner academic portal that organizes the same volume of information into a digestible, scannable layout. Students can find what they need — timetables, results, announcements, department info — without hunting through a cluttered interface.
