ila26 — ERP Suite
Design of a suite of enterprise productivity tools built into the ila26 Energy platform — giving energy professionals a complete operational workspace alongside their networking and CRM tools, all within a single mobile app.
Year :
2024 - 2026
Industry :
Energy
Client :
ila26
Project Duration :
2 years

Overview :
The ila26 ERP Suite is a collection of enterprise tools embedded directly into the ila26 Energy platform. Rather than switching between separate apps for document management, project tracking, team communication, and territory planning, energy professionals have everything they need inside one ecosystem. Each tool was designed to feel focused and lightweight — powerful enough to handle real operational needs without the complexity that makes traditional ERP software difficult to adopt.

The Challenge :
Enterprise tools are notoriously overcrowded. Most ERP platforms prioritize completeness over usability — every feature imaginable is there, but finding and using them efficiently requires training. The challenge here was designing a suite of tools that professionals would actually use daily, not just tolerate. Each module had to feel self-contained and intuitive, while sharing enough visual consistency to feel like one coherent system rather than a collection of disconnected features.

What I Designed :
ila Maps — A territory management tool built specifically for energy professionals operating across France and Spain. Users create custom maps organized by department or region, color-code zones to distinguish territories, assign experts or companies to specific areas, and manage access permissions per zone. The creation flow is a guided multi-step process — select map type, choose members (experts or companies), assign zones with colors, set permissions (read or write), and save. The result is a visual, collaborative way to manage geographic coverage across a large network.
ila Drive — A document management system organized around two core folders: company documents and private documents. Clean, familiar structure that gives professionals a secure space to store, organize, and access files without leaving the platform.
Employees — A full company directory where managers can browse employee profiles, send messages, share documents with specific people, add employees to communities, and connect with them professionally. Shared and unshared documents are visually distinguished through color coding, making document visibility clear at a glance.
Projects & Tasks — A project management module built around simplicity. Users can create individual projects or group multiple projects under one larger branch. Tasks are assigned to team members with a pipeline workflow (To Do, In Progress, Done), support subtasks, comments, and document uploads. Designed to feel like a lighter, more approachable alternative to tools like Jira — all the structure, none of the clutter.
Calendar — Event creation and team scheduling, with the ability to add events directly to team members' calendars.
E-Signature — Online document signing, with a dedicated inbox for documents sent to the user for signature alongside their own signed documents.
Base de Connaissance — A knowledge base for storing and sharing internal documentation, guides, and reference material across the team.
Perso Vault — A personal secure storage space for private documents, separate from company files.
Reflection :
Designing a suite of tools rather than a single product required a different kind of discipline. Each module had its own logic and its own user needs, but they all had to feel like they belonged together. The ila Maps module was the most unique design challenge — territory mapping is a niche problem that most designers never encounter, and translating a complex geographic workflow into a clean mobile experience required rethinking the creation flow from scratch. Across the suite, the goal was always the same: make powerful tools feel simple enough to use without thinking.
